Course Overview
You will learn basic survival concepts of the language in a fun and relaxed environment. There will be basic conversation, games and interactive activities to help you with key phrases and pronunciation. It is aimed at complete beginners and/or learners with a very basic knowledge of the language. This course is live and not pre/recorded.
What will I learn?
During this course you will be developing four key skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. There will be great emphasis on interaction. The course will give you the opportunity to practise your language skills with an experienced and supportive teacher. You will improve your knowledge and confidence while learning along with like-minded people. Some of the topics covered during this course are:
- Give and ask for basic personal information about family, age, where you live & work
- Meet and greet people in a range of situations
- Obtain drinks and snacks in a café
- Express likes and dislikes about food
- Pronounce some key words accurately
Course dates – Friday 6th October 2023 10.30 to 12.30 for 7 weeks (there will be a break for half term on the 27th October).
